We wish you to be 100% delighted with your purchase and cherish it for years to come.

Do please note that due to the delicate and historical nature of many vintage items, they may have quirks, marks and occasionally damage. We try to point out as many of these issues as possible in the description, but smaller points may not be mentioned. Please view it as part of the garment's story and uniqueness, we do!

Should you however decide that, for one reason or another, the garment is not quite right , we offer a 7 day refund (for items purchased online only), as long as the garment is returned in exactly the condition it was received in. Beyond this we are only able to offer a credit note to 14 days from the date you received the item.

Please note the following points:
  • We ask that contact us by email or telephone, outlining the reasons for your return . If no contact is made via email or telephone prior to you returning an item we can regretfully not accept it.
     
  • Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.
     
  • Postage costs are non - refundable sorry!
     
  • The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.
     
  • The refund will be credited back onto your card within 7 days from when we receive the returned goods. Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.
     
  •  If your order receives free delivery and is subsequently returned, a postage charge of £5-£10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our postage and packaging costs.
     
  • Please note - We do not accept returns on any sale items.
